BOOT CAMP TRAINING

This unique training is based on Israeli Military and Special Forces physical training exercises with lots of high cardio training, combat conditioning and fun.

Open to all ages and levels, it can range from a fun seminar to very high cardio, depending on the level of the group.

This training class is designed for 1 - 2 days, and we recommend combining it with other training such as winter/summer camp, holiday camp, etc.

Combat Fitness Training - A cardio workout that utilizes calisthenics, plyometrics and strength training (use of medicine balls) at a fat burning heart rate that enables an individual to tone muscles and reduce body fat.
