IKMO FOR WOMEN

We organize self defence courses for women and we cooperate with psycologists,criminologists,lawyers and medics to provide support to all the women who are victims of abuses or stalking or simply want to learn self defence.
We offer various opportunities to interested women.
In our basic course there are both men and women in order to give women the possibility to test everything in a real life scenario.
