Systema: don´t worry if you never heard it...
Systema, Russian martial art, has its roots in the cultural tradition of the ancient Slavic peoples of the USSR and the special services of Russia before and now, as the KGB (FSB), CRANES, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Defense. Many aspects of this style are considered, even today, state secrets.
