 Kapap is an acronym in modern Hebrew which stands for Krav Panim el Panim ( Panim means face- face to face combat). Kapap teaches a unique combination of defensive techniques with one’s bare hands, employed by the Israel Army, which helps you to beat the biggest, strongest and most powerful aggressor and/or more attackers.
It is not necessary to study many years to learn how to defend yourself and your family.
For example, soldiers and the police forces have only few days to learn a combat system with bare hands. Kapap does not use many difficult techniques, but a simple system to learn.
The Kapap system is very practical and can be learnt by everyone, in every situation, in a short time. The system can be assimilated quickly thanks to the logic of the techniquesstructure.
Kapap’s philosophy says that nobody has the right to be in conflict with us in a brutal way, and that those acts must be handled immediately and aggressively.
