Women's self-defence techniques: physiological and psychological aspects of the women's self-defence; sensible parts of the body; use of common objects as defence; defence from strangulations, ground defence, defence from sexual aggression.

Individual self-defence program: it is developed according to the personal needs, concerning to the physical conditions and the time at disposition.

Instructors Courses reserved to people that practise martial arts or other, considered that these are disciplines that teach techniques with rules and pre-arranged limitations and not you contemplate personal defense to the pure one and reality, as teaches instead the Krav Maga Israeli Survival System and the Systema that are countersigned instead really for this.
